In 1999, while working as an individual IT consultant for a banking institution, Sreedhar identified the need to form a single organization that could offer its clients full-life-cycle applications and staffing services to address growing IT needs. Starting with a handful of people in Clearwater, Florida, he drove the company’s growth to over 900 employees and offices throughout North America and India.

Throughout this journey, Sreedhar focused on streamlining IT staffing processes to help reduce costs for clients and drive profitability. New, growing revenue became the foundation for System Soft Technologies’ success, both over the past two decades and going into the future.

Sreedhar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and is an avid cyclist.

Tommy Hodinh

Thanh (Tommy) Hodinh is a Vietnamese American. Tommy earned a BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas-El Paso. After his graduation, Tommy joined IBM where he worked for 15 years. His tenure at IBM included Management in Manufacturing and Product Development Engineering.

He continued to further his studies by completed Advanced Management Education Program (AMEP) for CEO at Kellogg of School of Management and MIT. Tommy started MagRabbit, Inc., www.magrabbit.com, in 1990 and today MagRabbit is a leading Global Software Services and Supply Chain Management to Fortune 1000 companies. Tommy is the Founder & CEO of MagRabbit, Inc.
